I don’t necessarily have a clear, committed ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer to this question, but what I can tell you is that I personally believe that our team this year is just as consistent and hard working as our team from last season. We’ve lost a few players but have gained some that have put a lot more depth into our play.  There may be some players that aren’t as strong as they were last year, but that’s where we see others stepping up to the plate to get the job done. There’s always a balance of what’s lacking and what’s being delivered, and I think that these are our strongest points.

You don’t have to be a perfect team to do well in the playoffs, you just have to be hardworking and ever-improving.  I definitely believe that our Canucks this season are a great example of these two attributes and do have the capability of getting back to where they were last year.
