We talked to different teams and different general managers, and some of them were trying to sell their team, sell their city, and sell what my role would be on that team, or just talk about the money part. One thing that Vancouver talked about, or really, the only thing Vancouver talked about was “If you want to come to our organization, be prepared to be involved in community work and we encourage you to do lots of giving back”. That was perfect.
